Michael Muehlemann, CEO/CTO
|

A
successful serial entrepreneur and technology manager with experience
in theoretical and experimental sciences, research, product development,
and commercialization. His background includes business development,
international sales, and market development. Mr. Muehlemann holds
BS and MS degrees in Physics from the University of Missouri. |

Mr.
Kyle Monroe, EVP Corporate Development |
|

Mr.
Monroe has a background in investment banking, license deal structuring,
and corporate finance. He founded Peregrine Capital Partners, LLC,
a boutique investment banking firm focused on high value-added financial
and consulting services for public and privately owned middle market
companies. Mr. Monroe has an MBA from the S.C. Johnson Graduate
School of Management at Cornell University, and holds a BS from
the School of Management at SUNY Buffalo. |

Margaret Reece, Chief Scientific Officer |

Dr.
Reece has an extensive background in physiology, endocrinology,
and molecular biology. She has solid experience in both clinical
medicine and laboratory research including cell science, biotechnology,
medicine, biochemistry, and reproductive biology. She has experience
with IRB projects, clinical trial monitoring, and FDA/TPD regulations
regarding drug development. Dr. Reece holds a PhD from the University
of California, Davis. |

of Oncology, SUNY Upstate Medical Hospital, Syracuse, NY. An active
researcher and clinician with a history of successful commercial

technology for HIV diagnostics at Cetus Corporation (now Chiron).
Nobel Prize was awarded for this technology, which developed into
a multibillion dollar market. |

Director, University of Rochester. Previous medical director and
senior director of Strong Memorial Hospital, and senior associate
dean for clinical affairs at the School of Medicine and Dentistry.
Dr. Frank has been a clinician and investigator involved in numerous
medical research studies, and has over 50 publications. He was former
president of the American Urological Association and chair of the
Department of Urology at University of Rochester. |

Mr.
Nole has over 20 years of Life Sciences management experience as
President of Invitrogen's GIBCO cell culture products division,
as VP of Operations for Life Technologies Inc., and as VP of Business
Development for United Biochemicals. He founded Buffalo BioSciences
(a management services business) and the NutriCyte Corporation (a
custom cell culture products business servicing drug discovery).
Mr. Nole holds a BS in Biology from the University at Buffalo and
an MBA from Canisius College. |

seek experienced medicinal chemists with proven molecular modeling
and ligand optimization experience using one or more industry standard
tools including Schrodinger Glide, MolSoft ICM, or CCDC Gold. Must
be able to work independently on specific projects, yet be active
members in specialized teams. |

Neurophysiologist |
|
| |
We
seek a Neurophysiologist program leader with preclinical drug development
experience, including neuropharmacology. Key areas of therapeutic
interest include neurotrophic factors and peripheral pain pathways.
Must be able to lead programs in these areas of therapeutic discovery. |

Cancer
Immunologist |
|
| |
We
seek an experienced cancer immunologist, particularly in the area
of the immune system's role in, and response to, metastases. Emphasis
on metastatic tumor cell-immune cell interactions, and mechanistic
pathways relating to regulation of cell-mediated immunity. Must
work well in a team environment, including other cancer biologists
and molecular modelers. Must have a track record of results based
projects as well as pure scientific accomplishments. |
